Server is Bugged

The characters are not backed up properly,since it always load from the backup file.
Meaning?For eg:u lvled up,then u relog.U get back to where u are b4 lvling.Char files are not properly saved to the backup drive.

We know, I sent a message tot he owner so he can check what is going on. I tried restarting the server, it is not helping so you will have to wait.
