Need Help with logging in >.<

Im an old player and now i cant log in with my password
My mains char names where GateGuardian, Sephiroth and Link on 99 shine online
and on 9919 shine online i did have a mage named Chaos >.<
I would like to know if GM can help me get that acc back D:
If some of that ppl knows those char please wrie back

server has been down for like 2 weeks and not sure if its coming back

so no 1 can enter the 9919 or 99 shine online atm o.O?
and did all the mods got deleted?
oh and can some1 send me a link to full game download , cus i did download the game and patched many updates but im not sure if its the game or just my FS folder which dont has all patches >.<
