Unable to Enhance Items

I've been trying to enhance a level 4 item with level 4 lucky stones and eye,nine,mile stones and all the game gives me is grief. 'The resource cannot be used in enhancement' is all it says and i've tried every combination. Any ideas?

yea take off the blue miles when u try to +1 it ... if its +0 blue dosnt work ._.

No difference. I can only determine that un'lucky' stones are bugged/don't work. Friends in game say blessed or green work, but I haven't tested it myself. All I can do really is learn to make the stones myself or grind in battlefield to find drops.
