os lowered it to 100 after they raised cap from 89 to 105 so they could squeeze more money out of people (exp card, charms, extenders, +9ing 90+ armor)

This game is Shine online, not fiesta online.
Os = Fiesta
Us = Shine

2 different game using same base but not same stuff. The Os skills will not be here, there will be other skills, Shine ones, but do not hope you will see all Os skills here.
