Buffer overrun persisting.

Every time I speak to Pey in Roumen, I get this and it crashes the game, but it doesn't happen with any other NPCs, only her.
I've done the patch fix that was on the forums already (eng patch>chinese patch>fix); it worked fine for a while, but... when I put in the map fix to get into Forest Perimeter, it started giving me the buffer overrun again and crashing the game.
Any help? :s

(also, is there anywhere to restone? lol.)

I just put the language to chinese tradinational tawian it worked for me
