Connection To Servers Has Failed Empty Connection To Servers Has Failed

When I open 9919shine, everything seems fine until I enter my ID and PW. After I entered my ID and PW it freezes for a moment then a little box pops up saying "Connection to servers has failed". Just wondering if I did anything wrong while patching it and are there any solutions ?

I also got the same thing but just continue trying to connect anyways, it should work after a few times (worked for me)
