A detailed sticky of the dif's between 99 and 9919

I first wanted to post it in help section,
second think I guess thats more of a idea than a call for help...
Well I would like some list of the differences between shine99 and shine9919,
since I move to 9919 in the first place because I cant really do anything
next to the VIP's in shine99, so what else is different and important to know?
I wonder if there is all pvp beginning at forest of slumber too,
and are the Kingdom Quests the same lvl requirements? And and and...
could a user or GM/CSR/I dont know make such a list so theres more of like knowing whats awaiting me?
(Maybe some information is wrong because I played shine99 few months ago)
well I cant check myself since waiting/hoping for account to be made.. but I think it would be nice to know for new players

EDIT: Maybe also of what items u probably cant get from npc here? I dont know how you go along with the hellgait's here... for example

1- 99shine - high rates server, tottaly op n retard.
2- 9919shine - low rates server , doesnt get updated much but still fun
3- well u can find almost every sc item on npc
4- theres no * blues * , hellgaits for sale on npc ( tard idea anyways) , well... u know were to find them :P
5- if u join, dont rush your leveling
6- if u join... mhhmmm ohai no vips around! weee .
7- kq is ...same lvl requirements, sucks though cuz u lvl a bit too fast on them lol
8- if u join u must... kneel to Meowy -.O!
9- errr no 100+ content atm..

-Imagine Fiesta with perm server exp boost on with a perm exp card as well. But it takes well more then 20 minutes to hit 60, probably 2-4 days depending on how hard you play and class.

-Monsters actually require skill and patience to kill, no 1 shotting every single mob.

-It's 100% free, so no overpowered asshats who bought their wins running around pk'ing.

-You have to farm for your gear. Be it boss weapons, blue weapons or decent armor/jewelry.

-Gear is back to normal tier (9x gear is no longer t1) and you have to farm or make your stones to enhance. (cp2 doesn't drop anything)

-No VIP/SH KQ's. This means the KQs are actually doable without needing a RB'd char or VIP/SH. Gordon is from 80-99 for some stupid reason.

-t1 scrolls are regular here, only adds 200hp/sp and the normal amount of aim/def/mdef/eva.

-SC items are cheaper. (Aka Suits/Charms/Extenders/Mounts/Houses)

-Drop rate is lower, no Teva/Karen Weapons yet or specialized Def/Mdef Armor.

-You can only buy white gear from NPCs. No level 50 Blues, 60 Hellgaits and Shining/Brave Rings.

-The stats on the suits are severely reduced. (Ex. The Sailor Suit on 99Shine added an extra 1 ~ 1000 dmg/mdmg. Here it's a measly 4 ~ 5 dmg)

-There are no Rebirths for this server, lvl 150 is the cap.

No, you can start at level 1 by asking a GM, but you get no stat boosts or more skill points. That's not a rebirth lol.
