latest patch which decreases drop rate for blues.. and increase elrue sellback to npc..

For those of you who have problems with making a new character. here's the explanation.

1) there's 3 hair color,

- sky blue, light purple, violet.
- violet doesn't work. so choose the other colors instead.

2) dirty names.

- download the below fix and place it in your ressystem.

- after extraction, please rename resseffect folder to reseffect, remove 1 s, before overwriting your files.
