Login Problems

hi just managed to make a new account and tryed to log in. but so far its saying its incorrect and won't let me log in to the game. i read another topic and tried the advice to make another one with a dif name and it still isn't working. any tips?

samething happens to me ..... i already create 3 accounts none work D= diff names 2
